2000 California Trip |

In April 2000, Easter was late and ran into Anzac Day and so the school holidays were 18 days long. It was a good time to go to southern California. We flew to Sydney and then to Los Angeles and on to San Francisco. After viewing the sights of San Francisco and the Monterey Peninsular we went by train and bus to Yosemite National Park. Back to San Francisco and then a flight to San Deigo. Following San Diego and a short visit to Mexico we caught the Greyhound bus to Anaheim. After Disneyland and the Los Angeles sights it was a 15+ hour direct flight back home to Melbourne. Click here for a sequential tour. |
