Dubai - June 2017
In May-June 2017 we went on our first Operatif Music Lovers tour of the Opera Houses and Concert Halls of Europe.
(27 days - Melbourne - Dubai – Salzburg – Cesky Krumlov – Prague – Vienna – Bratislava – Budapest - Dubai - Melbourne)
On the Emirates A380 jet en-route from Melbourne to Dubai, a 13¾ hour flight.
We arrived in Dubai just after 5am.
At the Brisbane carousel we met fellow travellers on our Operatif Bohemian Rhapsody Music Lovers Tour.
They had flown in from Brisbane, Perth and Sydney
Interestingly, Operatif had us staying at the Radisson Blu Deira Creek Hotel, where we had stayed a number of times previously.
Breakfast
We were up at 4:30am for our 8:50am flight from Dubai to Munich.
We flew on another Emirates A380 (Emirates have 95 of them), en-route to Munich, a 6¼ hour flight.
Over 3300 entertainment channels for our noise-cancelling headphones.
