El Calafate

The jet flight from Ushuaia to El Calafate took an hour.
Named after a local berry bush, that has fruit like a black current or a blue berry, El Calafate is the town that services Perito Moreno glacier.
It is said that if you eat this fruit you will return to Patagonia one day.

El Calafate was our base to visit the stunning nearby glaciers.
