South Africa - 2009
In October 2009, I flew to Adelaide and then on to Perth.
I stayed with Naomi and Ryan and during the next 2 days, I drove my hire car,
a new Hyundi Getz, to visit Miriam, Robert and my grandchildren, Cora, Drew and Bryn.
It was the first time that I had caught up with Bryn who was just over 6 weeks old.
I then flew with South African Airways (SA283) to Johannesburg.

My 2 tours this year were with Drifters, a South African company.
I stayed overnight at their inn in Northcliffe, a middle-class suburb of Johannesburg.
I caught up with Belinda, the driver-guide-cook for my 18-day tour to Cape Town.
After my return to Johannesburg, I flew back to Perth in time for Cora's 4th birthday.
