We had a 3-hour flight from Oslo to
Longyearbyen.
Longyearbyen is the main settlement on Spitsbergen Island.
It is the most northerly settlement in the world with a population more
than 1000 people.
We went on 2 Arctic cruises - 20 days in total.
We visited East Greenland before our second Arctic cruise finished in Iceland.
We had a 10-day tour of Iceland before we flew to Paris.
