Jells Park

Jells Park is located in Wheelers Hill, about 26km south-east of central Melbourne.
About 130 hectares in area, there are many walking tracks around a lake and flood-plains.
There is a great variety of native bird life and vegetation in the park.

The park is named after an early settler, Joseph Jell, and was opened in 1976.
Fortunately the park is less than a 5 minute walk from my home.
Here are some photos taken on my daily walks in the park.
